Exhibitors' Info:

 

The fee to take part at our Fayres is R500,00 per table for the weekend, payable in advance. The fee for 1½ stand (2 tables in L-form touching each other) is R750,00 for the two days. During 2011 the Fayre will be taking place mostly over two days (with the ecxeption of Pretoria that will take place on Saturdays only), with trading hours from 10am to 3pm. Stallholders need to be ready to trade by 10am and to stay open till 3pm. Kindly take note that this is not a fleamarket, but an upmarket Spiritual and Holistic event, hosted indoors.

 

We supply the table and chairs. Exhibitors need to bring their own table covering and decorations. The tables are set up in an informal way with no partitioning or walls around it - it is an open plan arrangement. Your space will be 2m wide x 1.5m deep. You will have space for either a bed or a table - there will be no space for extra tables, etc. You need to take special care not to invade the space of your neighbours in any way, or promote your business in the passages. You may set up a small stand on or behind your table to display your posters. Please note that we are not allowed to use presstik or other substances to attach posters or flyers against the walls at any venue. 

 

In the interests of variety, we reserve the right to limit the number of particular types of exhibits. Please let us know what you would like to offer at the Fayre. We will then be able to say if we can accommodate you.

Only one person can operate from a table at any given time. We do not allow table sharing where two people offer different modalities from the same table at the same time.

 

We take bookings at one Fayre for the following Fayre. Stallholders at any Fayre always have preference to book their stands for the next Fayre. If we still have space available, booking is open for new stallholders if we do have space in a specific category. You do not have to attend all the Fayres - you simply apply for a stand at the venue of your choice at, or after the previous event.

 

Any stallholder is afforded an opportunity to advertise himself by means of a "free talk", lasting up to 20 minutes maximum at the Fayre - providing we have an opening on the speakers' schedule for any specific day. We take bookings for these talks on a first-come first serve basis, depending on the demand of the public. We aim to accommodate speakers in the area where they operate from.
